He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Southwestern University's Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine, then completed his family medicine residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, affiliated with Weill Medical College of Cornell University (2004–2007), and was recognized with an Accredited Residency in Family Medicine by the American Academy of Family Physicians (2007). His credentials include Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine (2009–2019) and Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine (2015–2025). Building on this foundation, Dr. Nouman also completed specialized, hands-on training in cosmetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle injectables, dermal fillers, IPL, and laser skin treatments.
